Two Great Questions
(1) After
high school, then what?
(2) Which
roads will I travel?
What is life after high school all
about? First, realize that your high school diploma is a master key. It will
open many doors of opportunity for you that would otherwise keep you locked
out. Now what’s in store for you? Let me remind you of a powerful lesson that
you learned earlier, a truth taught by Thomas S. Monson when he said:
“Decisions
Determine Destiny”

Wickedness is not happiness
“There is no happiness in sin, and when we depart from the path of righteousness we begin to do those things which will inevitably lead us to unhappiness and misery and loss of freedom.”

Work Hard
“For every finish-line tape a runner breaks -- complete with the cheers of the crowd and the clicking of hundreds of cameras -- there are the hours of hard and often lonely work that rarely gets talked about.”

Believe in Yourself
“Man often becomes what he believes himself to be. If I keep on saying to myself that I cannot do a certain thing, it is possible that I may end by really becoming incapable of doing it. On the contrary, if I have the belief that I can do it, I shall surely acquire the capacity to do it even if I may not have it at the beginning."
