Second Leutenant Pratt a native of Lake Liberty, Washington is a graduate of American Legion Girl States in Washington and Girls Nation.
Lt. Pratt earned the highest cumulative Cadet Performance Score overall and Military Program Score. She was one of four in her class that received Rhodes Scholarships.
Gen. Mark Milley Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff gave the address to the class of 1,014.
