I think what Mr. disney means is that despite all the obstacles that can prevent you or make you give up on your dream; if you believe and strive hard for what you want you'll get it.

I think these 4 c 's is the secret for achieving what you want to achieve.I think the two most important c's are confidence and courage. You have to have confidence in yourself and that you can achieve and do anything you want to. You also need courage to never give up.
