Success is great. Once you have felt success it will be something that you will never want to be without. Although, oneself can only achieve success through hard work and determination. Success is not an easy thing to achieve. Once you do succeed however, it is glorious.

What Mr. Collier is trying to say is that even the small amount of good things you do, they always pile up and you always have a great outcome. Meaning that you have to strive really hard to succeed even if it means taking baby steps. You can't learn to get up unless you fall. For example, if your goal is to build a dog house and you realize it's gonna take you forever to do it, you start feeling overwhelmed inside. But if you take it day by day; one step at-a-time you'll have a dog house in no time! (:

The way you succeed is with all the small things you do in life; Every little good thing you do leads you closer to the success you want. All that hard work pays at the end when you accomplish what you wanted. Every little effort can change your way to your success depending on how hard you really try. If you never give effort to anything then you will never be successful and reach your goals in life.

What i think this quote is trying to say,is that little things you do everyday help you alot in your future.For example one day you see an old lady and you help her out,then you go to your college interview,that old lady is right there and that is his or her mom,and they know your a helpful person.So do the small things you can today day and night adn you will go far.These little things are like your baby steps.

Doing small things will make you successful because if you work at something step by step then you will achieve your goal rather than taking a great plunge into last minute just hoping it'll work out. Small efforts are the reason people are successful today, no one just made something instantly without working it out first so stick to your goal and never give up because you will become successful by doing the smallest things. :o
