I agree, it is a marathon NOT a sprint. Many students want to rush at the end, taking short cuts that affect them half way there. Cheating is considered a short cut, but what happens at the end? They end up giving up, or not being able to finish, practically disqualified. To Run an academic career you must fit all the academic qualities, no giving up and no short cuts, this if for YOU no one else but YOU!

IT IS TRUE EDUCATION IS NEEDED, ITS ALWAYS BEEN NEEDED. IN ORDER TO SUCCEED WE HAVE TO EDUCATE OUR SELFS. EDUCATION IS NEEDED FOR EVERYTHING. YES IT MAY BE DIFFICULT AND TIRING TO STUDY AND KEEP UP BUT AT THE END YOUR HARD WORK WILL PAY OFF.

This quote rings true, you can't expect to learn everything you want in a few weeks or less. Learning is truly a life-long endeavor, and you don't stop learning until the last breath leaves your body. The more you try to learn and cram your brain, the more you forget or confuse. Sometimes doing things the right way might seem like a endless road, never ending. We ask ourselves, when is MY time going to come, I doing everything right. People try to find 'shortcuts' when driving in that endless road, and some never find their way out. Education is a huge factor when it comes to success, and your future. Their are NO SHORTCUTS, you have to earn our way out that road by working hard.

One of the most valuable things we can have in life is an education, maybe we might not notice it so much now. But in the future it's what will keep us going. Putting in effort to our education might not sound as fun but at some point in our life we'll notice all the efforts we put in paying of =)...

education and running a marathon are kinda the same thing, a marathon lasts a few days, hours, mins..but educations is something that lasts forever because your never done learning you learn something new everyday but it also takes time. an education is not something you can get over night its something that takes a while for you to earn. your being educated everyday you never stop learning(:

In order to succeed in life we have to believe in ourselves. Education will help us succeed in life we cannot take it for granted. We should be grateful that we can have education and take advantage of it and always try our hardest to succeed. Leaving everything to the last minute is not good because we don't lear when we are cramming a lot of information into our head. Our head does not know how to process all of that information at once. Cramming is not the key to success, we should always take our time with everything we do.

Education, a man's best friend. Without education, you will be a nobody. let me say that again, A NOBODY! You need education in your life. You might make it big or whatever hen your older and say 'I dropped out of high school, and here i am making $35 an hour!' Well, that might be true but you wont even be able to multiply 6x8 or 7x4. you'll see 867/9034 and you'll be like what's that!? You use your education in your everyday lives. have you ever went for a jogg, or a run?? well if you have if u are determined to doing the whole time on your goal then you will avoid the short cuts. but if you are not so determined then you will go thrugh the shortcuts and if anything happend on the original path to your goal, then you will miss out for that shortcut. when you are on your way to success try to avoid those shortcuts that a that moment will give u more free time. try this because in the long run you are the one that is going to have to try harder when you ant what you want. be success full the right way.

I really agree with this quote. Studying is like training for a marathon. If you don't train and condition how your supposed to you will most likely not finish the run. But if you train and condition hard like your supposed to you will finish the marathon. Its the same with your education. Study everyday on a regular basis and you will succeed. If you don't study like your supposed to you will most likely fail in your education.

I think that if someone wants to succeed they must try hard enough to do it and it may take time ,but it will pay off because you will see all that you have achieved throughout your life . Many stunts will appear trying to stop you but if you just go along without even touching them you will feel like if you never passed through them at all. Keep trying your best until you learn and are aware of what's going on.

Education is the fundamental of life, we always are going to learn. Nothing or no one can stop us from learning because everything surrounding us is waiting to teach us something. I love these quotes because in order to succeed in life we need to lear. Learning does take a life time, and not even then, I still don't think it is enough to learn all the wonderful things life could offer us. We just need to learn to listen because when we listen, it is learning.

What i feel this is trying to say, is that you shouldn't rush your work or therefore try rushing through school. You have your whole life ahead, relax and take the time to really learn the subjects your taking, take the time to do your work right, don't rush through everything, listen to your teacher pay attention. Many people want to finish with school early but what good does that do if you don't learn anything and your just rushing through everything. After high school your real life begins theirs no turning back, you just gotta move forward, every mistake you make from now on can't be forgotten, you have to do things right like get a good paying job, you have to know how to read and right and know math so you know your not being cheated. If you go to College and do everything right your educating yourself more so you can do better in life, so you can get a good better job that pays more money and well just take your time learning don't rush through things.

"Education is a marathon--not a sprint" by ANON is a marvelous quote that i too believe is right. education last a life time with you and it continues with others that learn from you. the truly educated ones are the ones who struggle, who took there time to learn to practice to prepare for anything that came there way and never decided to take a short cut and take the easy way out. the ones who do there work and learn will be the successful ones who don't have to worry about not knowing something they should of learn already. so always take the challenge of learning with CTR.

Of course education is forever. What you learn sticks to you like a piece of gum stuck to your butt. It's really hard to get rid of. Unless,... you know... you hit yourself in the head or something; but I doubt anyone wants that. :D Point is, it is forever. And yes there is definitely no shortcuts.

its true there is no way to cheat education because you really dont learn nothing and then when the time to really show who you are you choke because you really dont now like lets say you want to become a teacher in world history and really you dont kmow what up with world history so basicly there is no way you can cheat or short in education like alot of people do in there senior year of high school and collage so even though you dont get nothing try your best and get help to learm it the best you can.

I like the quote because it is true. You can't learn everything right away, it takes time. If you want to really learn something you have to take the time to learn it.
