Soon upon returning each student will be expected to create and post in their blog a podcast  lasting at least three minutes; therefore, be thinking about it and jot down your thoughts and ideas. A lot of people are insecure with themselves. They’re afraid of feeling left out by not changing their appearances or by simply just being themselves. The feeling that "everyone is looking" at oneself is a preoccupation. The physical image plays the main role in their importance. For instance some people worry about being over-weight when sometimes they are truly thin. Also, others worry about what to wear and about what will everyone else say about it.
