Students, I hope each of you have and enjoy a wonderful holiday season this Christmas. During your vacation from school, refer to both your blog and the class blog a few times each. Show other people your blog. Post a few new postings into your blog. Make comments in other postings. Continue to develop your blog.
Now, think of a message you would like to share with others via your blog. Write this message down. This message will be converted into a podcast when you return to school in January. Soon upon returning each student will be expected to create and post in their blog a podcast lasting at least three minutes; therefore, be thinking about it and jot down your thoughts and ideas. A lot of people are insecure with themselves. They’re afraid of feeling left out by not changing their appearances or by simply just being themselves. The feeling that "everyone is looking" at oneself is a preoccupation. The physical image plays the main role in their importance. For instance some people worry about being over-weight when sometimes they are truly thin. Also, others worry about what to wear and about what will everyone else say about it. I personally believe that we’re all self-conscious in various ways, but...
