It is to use so you can look at what you done wrong in the past. What you have done wrong in the past so you don't do it again in the future. Reflecting is always good so you know what to do next and what to say later on for a great story. It helps when you get older and it will always help you out. Reflecting is a great way to remember when you are old. It will always help you out in some sort of way.

I think that there are many people that think that they don’t need to reflect on what they have learned or who they have met. There are many student that just do their work and don’t reflect back on their work. That is why some of the students don’t really learn the lesson that the teacher is saying. Or most of the time they don’t really care what they turn in as long as they turn in something and they will still get some credit but not all of it .

Or if the teacher taught you something you have to reflect on what you just heard so that you can understand the lesson better. CTR!!

People need to develop social skills. Later on in life you are going to need to deal with people. Who know some of these people might be the way to your journey. Always try to make friends with people the more they know you the more chances you have at reaching your dream. We all have to learn sometimes....

I agree that some student that just do their work and don't reflect back on their work. Like many students read a book because that's their assignment,then they say they didn't understand it,it's because they don't take their time to reflect and try to understand it. Then they get frustrated about it,and they still don't go back and re-read what they don't understand.

This is a great quote. i think that everyone should reflect back on what the did or have done. What I thing about this statement is that if you put allot of effort in your work you’ll be an academic champion in know time, If you come to school everyday and study allot of like three hours a day or more. You’ll start learning even more, and when you done with all your work make sure that you revise it and make sure that its right.

To keep from reflecting is to keep yourself from obtaining a greater understanding of things, or in some cases, people. Though it is true that much can be learned through observation, what you see means little if you refuse to pay attention what you have seen. The same holds true for things you read or hear. To fully appreciate everything in life, you must reflect and you must challenge. Things lose their value when you choose to be ignorant to their full significance.

MANY PEOPLE HAVE TO THINK ON WHAT THEY REFLECT ON. IF THEY DO NOT REFLECT ON THE THING THEY DO THEN THEY WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND IT. FR EXAMPLE, IN CLASS IF YOU DO NOTREFLECT ON THE NOTES YOU GOT TEN YOU WILL NOT UNDERSTAND THE LESSON.

When you reflect, this means that you are learning. This is a really good thing to do. This means that you have also learned from your mistakes. Life is all about learning. Even tough you are not in school, you still learn out of school.
