Welcome to the Read / Write Web 2.0

Welcome to the "Student Success Thru New Media" blog, the blogsite for Mr. Haymore's Period 2 class at Huntington Park High School. The overarching objective of the course is to improve student reading, writing, and communication skills by collaborating with classmates and with others throughout the world.
Web 1.0 consisted mostly of reading the web, with little to no interaction with others. Now with modern advancements in the web and Internet, students and others can not only read the web but also write electronically and interact with others.
