A Former Student Goes Back to Thank His Former Teacher

Be Thankful for Your Teachers

Students, be grateful for all your teachers, for they all do so much for you. Go up to each of your teachers this week and say, "Thank you."  Also, go to former teachers and say to them, "Thank you."  They sacrifice their time, energy, and money for your benefit. They spend many hours in your behalf; therefore, spend one minute of your time with them to thank them for what they have done to bless you. Write them a "thank you" note and give it to them.

Teachers and Students Create a Caring Community

Greet students as they enter the room. Shake their hands, smile, and call them by name. If I don't know a student's name, ask them, "What is your name?"
