Jesus Is Laid in a Tomb

The Savior's body is taken by Joseph of Arimathea to a garden tomb. Angels appear and remove the stone from the front of the tomb. Mary and other women visit the empty tomb. Matthew 27: 57-60 57 When the even was come, there came a rich man of Arimathæa, named Joseph , who also himself was Jesus' disciple :

58 He went to Pilate, and begged the body of Jesus. Then Pilate commanded the body to be delivered.
59 And when Joseph had taken the body, he wrapped it in a clean linen cloth,
60 And laid it in his own new tomb, which he had hewn out in the rock: and he rolled a great stone to the door of the sepulchre , and departed.

Jesus Is Scourged and Crucified

A band of soldiers strips Jesus of His clothes, scourges Him, and mocks Him. He then carries His cross to Golgotha and is crucified by Roman soldiers. Matthew 27: 26-50 26 Then released he Barabbas unto them: and when he had scourged Jesus, he delivered him to be crucified.
27 Then the soldiers of the governor took Jesus into the common hall, and gathered unto him the whole band of soldiers.
28 And they stripped him, and put on him a scarlet robe.
29 And when they had platted a crown of thorns, they put it upon his head, and a reed in his right hand: and they bowed the knee before him, and mocked him, saying, Hail, King of the Jews!
30 And they spit upon him, and took the reed, and smote him on the head.
31 And after that they had mocked him, they took the robe off from him, and put his own raiment on him, and led him away to crucify him.
32 And as they came out, they found a man of Cyrene, Simon by name: him they compelled to bear his cross.
33 And when they were come unto a place called Golgotha, that is to say, a place of a skull ,
34 They gave him vinegar to drink mingled with gall: and when he had tasted thereof, he would not drink.
35 And they crucified him, and parted his garments, casting lots: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, They parted my garments among them, and upon my vesture did they cast lots.
36 And sitting down they watched him there;
37 And set up over his head his accusation written, This Is Jesus the King of the Jews .
38 Then were there two thieves crucified with him, one on the right hand, and another on the left.
39 And they that passed by reviled him, wagging their heads,
40 And saying, Thou that destroyest the temple , and buildest it in three days, save thyself. If thou be the Son of God, come down from the cross.
41 Likewise also the chief priests mocking him, with the scribes and elders, said,
42 He saved others; himself he cannot save. If he be the King of Israel, let him now come down from the cross, and we will believe him.
43 He trusted in God; let him deliver him now, if he will have him: for he said, I am the Son of God.
44 The thieves also, which were crucified with him, cast the same in his teeth.
45 Now from the sixth hour there was darkness over all the land unto the ninth hour.
46 And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God , my God, why hast thou forsaken me?
47 Some of them that stood there, when they heard that, said, This man calleth for Elias.
48 And straightway one of them ran, and took a spunge, and filled it with vinegar , and put it on a reed, and gave him to drink.
49 The rest said, Let be, let us see whether Elias will come to save him.
50 Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost.

This our hymn of grateful praise.

  3. 2. For the beauty of each hour

Of the day and of the night,

Hill and vale, and tree and flow’r,

Sun and moon, and stars of light,

  4. 3. For the joy of human love,

    Brother, sister, parent, child,

Friends on earth, and friends above,

For all gentle thoughts and mild,

Official 2022 Dance for Kindness Promo (10th Annual Event)

November 13, 2022

Every year, to kick off World Kindness Week, Life Vest Inside organizes “Dance for Kindness,” a WorldWide FlashMob during which groups from all across the globe unite under the banner of kindness and join together to perform to the same song, same dance, all happening on the same day. Dance for Kindness serves as Life Vest Inside’s Annual Fundraiser as well as a means of building awareness of World Kindness Day. The purpose of Dance for Kindness is to look beyond ourselves - beyond the boundaries of our country, beyond our culture, our race, our religion and realize that we are citizens of the world and that kindness is the common thread that unites us all. Through Dance for Kindness, Life Vest Inside has created a powerful kindness network that fosters dialogue with people across the globe, including parts of the world torn apart by conflict. Through our approach, we establish peace in place of conflict, love in place of hatred, hope in place of fear, and kindness in place of mistrust. As a result we have seen a positive change in the way people engage with one another and respect each other. 2022 marks our 10th anniversary as we Celebrate a Decade of Kindness!

November 8 Election: Do it with Integrity

VOTER INTEGRITY: JOE BIDEN, “The most extensive and inclusive VOTER FRAUD in HISTORY"

CTW
CHOOSING THE WRONG

Obama Cheated-now Biden Cheated:
2020
Worst Voter Fraud in History

On this election day, we must practice VOTER INGETRITY! We must be honest in our voting and NEVER do like  Joe Biden and the liberals did in the November 2020 presidential election. Biden even admits that he and his CTW gang really did Chose the Wrong. This is one reason that America continues to live under a curse.

The Cry is for Integrity: We need integrity in all we do. Integrity is having the courage to do the right thing at all times, in all places, and in all things that we do or say. Integrity is standing up for what’s right, even though it may not be the most popular thing at the time. Integrity is learning God’s laws and commandments and living them. For example, the Ten Commandments. We should memorize the Ten Commandments, live by them, and teach them to others.

People without Integrity will cheat, lie, and steal. They CTW and will suffer excruciating negative consequences sooner and later. They will be miserable. "You can't do wrong and feel right-it's impossible" (Ezra Taft Benson). Commit to live with Integrity.

The Ten Commandments

  1. Thou shalt have no other gods before me
  2. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image.
  3. Thou shalt not take the name of the Lord thy God in vain
  4. Remember the Sabbath Day to keep it holy
  5. Honor thy father and thy mother
  6. Thou shalt not kill
  7. Thou shalt not commit adultery
  8. Thou shalt not steal
  9. Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor
  10. Thou shalt not covet
LIVE with INTEGRITY! This is the CTR way of life.

Jesus Is Condemned Before Pilate

Jesus is arraigned and questioned before Pilate, who finds no fault in Him. Yielding to the multitude, Pilate allows Barabbas to be released and Jesus to be crucified. Matthew 27: 1-2, 11-25 1 When the morning was come, all the chief priests and elders of the people took counsel against Jesus to put him to death:
2 And when they had bound him, they led him away, and delivered him to Pontius Pilate the governor. 11 And Jesus stood before the governor: and the governor asked him, saying, Art thou the King of the Jews? And Jesus said unto him, Thou sayest.
12 And when he was accused of the chief priests and elders, he answered nothing .
13 Then said Pilate unto him, Hearest thou not how many things they witness against thee?
14 And he answered him to never a word; insomuch that the governor marvelled greatly.
15 Now at that feast the governor was wont to release unto the people a prisoner, whom they would .
16 And they had then a notable prisoner, called Barabbas.
17 Therefore when they were gathered together, Pilate said unto them, Whom will ye that I release unto you? Barabbas, or Jesus which is called Christ?
18 For he knew that for envy they had delivered him.
19 When he was set down on the judgment seat, his wife sent unto him, saying, Have thou nothing to do with that just man: for I have suffered many things this day in a dream because of him.
20 But the chief priests and elders persuaded the multitude that they should ask Barabbas, and destroy Jesus.
21 The governor answered and said unto them, Whether of the twain will ye that I release unto you? They said, Barabbas.
22 Pilate saith unto them, What shall I do then with Jesus which is called Christ? They all say unto him, Let him be crucified .
23 And the governor said, Why, what evil hath he done? But they cried out the more, saying, Let him be crucified.
24 When Pilate saw that he could prevail nothing, but that rather a tumult was made, he took water, and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, I am innocent of the blood of this just person: see ye to it.
25 Then answered all the people, and said, His blood be on us, and on our children.

The Spirit of God | The Tabernacle Choir

  1. 1. The Spirit of God like a fire is burning!

    The latter-day glory begins to come forth;

The visions and blessings of old are returning,

And angels are coming to visit the earth.

  2. [Chorus]

We’ll sing and we’ll shout with the armies of heaven,

Hosanna, hosanna to God and the Lamb!

Let glory to them in the highest be given,

Henceforth and forever, Amen and amen!

  3. 2. The Lord is extending the Saints’ understanding,

Restoring their judges and all as at first.

    The knowledge and power of God are expanding;

The veil o’er the earth is beginning to burst.

  4. 3. We’ll call in our solemn assemblies in spirit,

To spread forth the kingdom of heaven abroad,

That we through our faith may begin to inherit

The visions and blessings and glories of God.

  5. 4. How blessed the day when the lamb and the lion

Shall lie down together without any ire,

And Ephraim be crowned with his blessing in Zion,

As Jesus descends with his chariot of fire!

Text: William W. Phelps, 1792–1872. Sung at the Kirtland Temple dedication in 1836.
