Choosing Self-Defeating Behaviors is like punching yourself in the face, and boy does that hurt!

Can you see just destructive and deadly these SDB's really are? These behaviors destroy you immediately. Eliminate these SDB's instantly and thinking positive, thinking SAB's.  (more about them later). Be wise and burn away any SDB that may be holding you back !

Think of a SDB that you need to eliminate, and choose now to toss it out the window and never let it bother you again.

You have the freedom to choose your own behavior. Make sure that you choose to get rid of all your SDB's, and that is Choosing the Right!
