VIRTUOSITY
Perform an ordinary skill in an extraordinary way| Showing virtuosity means doing something with the ultimate proficiency and skill, showing that you are simply the best at what you do. The best way to become skilled is to work hard and smart. While we cannot control the amount of natural ability we have, we can control the amount of effort we put forth. Think about Peter's description of his daily training with Tim Daggett before the Olympics. They had a vision in their minds of what they wanted to accomplish, and how they were going to perform to reach those goals. Remember, PRACTICE MAKES PERMANENT... so practice right. What we do over and over again will become permanent behavior. If we approach each day with average effort, we will consistently get average results. But when we place a high enough value on something, we'll figure out a way to get the job done well. In order to apply the principle of virtuosity, we must always remember our ultimate goal, even if reaching our goals takes years to accomplish. And those final goals must be of great worth to us personally. By constantly keeping the Olympic Gold Medal in mind, Peter placed a great value on every workout. And there were big rewards for his little extra efforts. Virtuosity involves taking a common skill and working hard to perform the task better. Add your own flair. Let your own personality and unique qualities shine through. Risk using your own Originality to develop Virtuosity. Its true because when you work hard you work together. You accomplish many things when you practice. When you work smart you can get more out if something than nothing. You have to practice and be willing to move on because by doing those things you can be successful.

I think that if you never lose sight of your goal and always strive to attain success, it doesn't matter how long it takes to reach that goal. If you put forth your best effort and take the challenge one day at a time, it'll be easier, and time will go by faster. Before you know it, success will be yours, and so will all the rewards of putting in a little extra effort everyday. All the little extras will add up to something grand in the end and you'll value it more.

I think what this means is to get a 10 on to get a gold medal is always to what is right by never using steroids trying to cheat and beat everyone. And work hard on you training and to always get that same ability of sport you do. My point is always choose the right.

I think that this quote is very true and it goes with everything we do in school. If we study hard enough then we are going to learn many new things. The thing to do is to practice and do as much work as work as you can because it will pay off soon and the more you practice the better you are going to be .

THIS IS A GREAT QUOTE AND WHAT I THINK IS TRYING TO SAY IS THAT YOU SHOULD GIVE ALL YOUR EFFORT AND ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS. NEVER GIVE UP AND TRY YOUR BEST AT ALL TIMES. I like what i read, and i think that basically it means that in order to succeed you need to work hard, to get things done well you need to work hard, and that you will be satisfied with the results you get.

If we work hard at what we are trying to achieve, sooner or later we will achieve it. it might take a little longer than expected, but hey everything takes time. If you want to play a sport, you are not just good at it, Until you practice. Until you put your time and effort, you will be successful.

I think that all of this that I read is very interesting. If we work hard everyday we will achieve the goal that we are trying to achieve. But in order to do that you are suppose to always Choose the Right!! You have to work very hard to get what you want in life. You have to take lots of risks in order to achieve it, but the most important thing is to always Choose the Right!!!!!!!!
