How many of us live with true integrity every day?
Do your work to the fullest, never cheat in any way.
Stay to the path you made up your mind to tread,
Falling away from truth never entering your head.
However hard th way, if you have integrity in you,
You'll strive and never give in until you are through
You'll be honored and trusted by all those you meet,
Your word will be your bond, always fit to greet.
Will never give into temptation however strong,
Never on purpose would you ever do anything wrong,
No bribe would ever be large enough to lead you astray,
For integrity would always show you the right way.
Give me the strength to have integrity through my life,
That however hard the struggle, however much strife

I think that this quote is a very good quote because it tell us that without integrity we have no honor in out life. That is why many people would rather have integrity then to win or live without it. There are many athletes that don't have integrity and that gets the better of them because sooner or later they are going to have to confess the they cheated.
ReplyDeleteIf you don't have honor then what do you have. Honor is the most important thing to some especially to the Japanese. They would die if their honor was tainted. That's how much they care for their honor and their families honor. Honor is something good because it represents who you are and what you have done. keep your honor clean and good.

I think that this quote is a very good one because there are many things that we hope for. I think that hope is what makes us keep going with life. There are many people that think that they are never going to amount to anything but they just need hope to keep going that they can do things if the try harder. That is why I think that there are many people that don’t have that much hope and they just give up in life.
ReplyDeleteI think that there comes a great sense of satisfaction in doing things the right way, and simply leading an honest life. For me, no matter what I have as far as material possessions are concerned, if I don't have a clean conscience, it means nothing. I always try to abide by my own morals and principles so that I don't have anything to regret later on. It's difficult to live when all you do is wallow in the things you could have done, done differently, or the things you shouldn't have done.

I think that this is a great quote. I think that this quote is good because it is saying a lot. I think that it is saying that if you are not honest you will not be happy. If you win a victory without honor it would be a great loss cause there is no victory. That is what I have to say about that.
