    it is a great way to keep your mind off of bad things.
    yet we have to rest at certain times to keep a solid state of mind.
    a grat example of this is how god was active creating our universe in 6 days and used the 7th day for rest :)

  3. In order to live for a long time, we must be healthy. What happens in our body depends on us, we could be healthy or unhealthy. But if we Choose the Right we will be really healthy. Since, i personally want to succeed in life and have a wonderful body, i work out and eat healthy meals. This will help me be active and it helps in many ways, it helps me Academically. Eating a great healthy breakfast keeps me active through out the morning. Many choose the wrong ex. drugs and alcohol, it cause cancer, liver damage, practically kills all the cells we need in life. I want to live a beautiful life for long so i choose the right all day everyday, and i am sure that you want to do the same so choose the right and stay healthy.

  6. A healthy body leads to a healthy mind. Literally, research has shown that people who have a healthy body are 10% more intelligent than those who don't. Why would you intentionally harm you're body knowing that it,well, harms you?! Years from now you'll be saying : "I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired." Just because you didn't choose the right!

  8. I believe that staying in shape and healthy is choosing the right because your body is the most important thing you have in life. If you don't have health you won't be able to chase after your dreams and goals. Many people choose the wrong because they start using toxoid things that damage their body. Thats why its important to always eat healthy food and exercise daily.

  11. Well, I think I am doing alright for my physical well-being. I go out a lot. I get from point A to point B on foot. I don't eat that much but enough to get me through the day. I believe I'm doing alright for myself.

  12. this quote is true because you can mess up your body by doing a lot of things like drinking smoking and at the end of it you can die from things like this and also to if you eat a lot of food that is not good for you you can become over weight and die also from that. always take care of your body you dont want to have to go though things that are pain for for some dumb reasons.

  13. Always protect your body from any harm that can harm it. "Friends" might pressure you into doing something that you might not want to do. You have to think to yourself are they really your friends. Friends will not let you do anything that will harm your body. They know what is bad for you and they will protect you from the bad things like smoking and drinking, If your "friend" tells you to drink or smoke then you should find yourself some new friends that will protect you.

Avoid all the things that you know will harm your body like smoking, and drinking I find both disgusting and I really think there is no point on doing both there is other ways to "celebrate" and "depression" drinking and smoking are not the only ways by getting through it plus there the wrong ways. Eating right is another thing we should work on lets make healthier food choices and exercise daily for our own health, by choosing the right!

  16. I also think that taking care or your body is really important for your health. Because if you dont take care of your body you will most likely develop diseases and die. For example when i feel stressed i go to the park and run or i will pickup some weights and if i do that it helps me with the stress.I like the slideshow because it gave many reasons to have wellness in your life and it told you why it is important

  19. The quote makes a lot of sense because if you don't take care of yourself, then who will?... You have to do what's best for YOUR body. Your only hurting yourself... unless you are a pregnant women, then you'd be hurting your child, which in the end will only hurt you more. If you do something bad to yourself, your the only one who feels the pain, emotionally or physically. you should treat your body good so that you will feel good, and your looks are also affected by doing bad things to your body.

  20. when you choose the right you are doing yourself wellness whether it's mental, physical, etc...so every-time you do something wrong your not only harming yourself but sometimes your body as well. I liked the 8 steps for health and happiness especially the one that said we should help the hungry, because you help others and make them happy you feel happy too knowing that you helped some one out!:)

  21. This is true our body is a sacred temple this is even in the bible .Our bodies need to be well taken care of so we can be healthy and not be sick or suffer from illness. For example in the bible it says that the body is like the temple of God and if is not well taken care of then he doesn't approve that so he wouldn't like to live there . It's like your regular house if it's not clean i'm pretty sure you wouldn't want your friends coming to visit right.Thats the main idea of this.So take care of your body and live healthy.

You ONLY got ONE body & ONE life to live so you shall be taking good care of your self you shouldn't do things that will harm you in any way. You should watch over your self just the way you would watch over your little bother or sister or the way you watch over something that means a lot to you. You shouldn't do harm to it and you shouldn't let others harm you.   24. I think it is true that we need to keep ourselves healthy because we need to be able to keep up with our goals. If we are not healthy we cannot pursue our goals. It stops us from giving all our strength. We need to be 100% healthy which means we need to exercise, eat healthy, and not use any drugs. No one can get healthy for you, your the only one who can take care of themselves, physically anyway. We need to always choose the right and take care of our body, soul, and mind. Our body is sacred, we only get one body, we need to take good are of it.

  26. staying health is important to me because i care about my health. i like to exercise daily like i go to the park and run laps. i also like to workout with my friends. we encourage each other to do the most we can when exercising. i stay away from bad things that can harm my body. we must all have a bit of daily exercise so that we can all live a healthy happy life and help grow are next generation into a healthier one as well. choose the right when eating.

  28. Your body is a temple that you have to keep sacred. Keep it clean, maintain it don't let it be messy and sloppy. Your health depends on your body. It's what helps you to get where you are going. But if you don't help it, it won't help you to get where you want to go. Like lets say your goal is to climb a mountain and you just went to the doctor and he said that you were obese. You think that you can make it with such weight on your hands and climbing up there? Well chances are that you can't but if you have been working hard there is a chance that you can make it all the way to the top.   38. Keep your body clean and pure. Thats what the body deserves fro you. Your body protects you, and you have to protect your body at any given cost. Don't harm your body. Don't smoke nor drink. The powerpoint is really cool and it shows why not to treat your body bad. Its really sad to see pictures like the ones in 18, 19, and especially the one in 40. Those babies probably have diabetes type 2. Its sad how their parent didn't care for them.

  41. Choose to be healthy. Eating healthy isn't very easy for a lot of people to do, I know I'm one of them. I try to stay away from fast food as much as possible but its everywhere! It's kind of hard to avoid, I do a lot of exercise but I would see better results If I was to eat healthier. Its better for my body and I can set and example for those around me, my friends and family members. Avoid things that harm your body like drugs, cigarettes, alcohol, ect. CHOOSE THE RIGHT!!

Also, the Choose Wellness slide tells me many ways that you can take care of your body, but the two main things you should do is Exercise every day and eat right. Your body is like your car you treat it right it looks great you keep it dirty you and your car look dirty so basically treat your body like something that means a lot to you just like a car needs gas to run you need food to have energy but not just any food you need that right food no junk food like chips and soda its good once in a while but not daily you need to eat the right type of foods just like you need the same gas for your car because if not it does't run good and if you put something new to your car it wont work as it use to its the same in your body if you put anything that your body is not familiar with like drugs it will make your body feel sick

  47. I really like todays post! :D Its true our body is extremely important and if we want to love a long time we must take care of it. We must eat right and exercise. Walking 30 minutes a day and laughing isn't too difficult now is it? Keeping our body healthy is a good thing to do because it reduces the chances of heart diseases and cancer, it also adds more years to your life instead of taking away years. Keeping your body healthy doesn't only mean you have to eat healthy and stay fit, it means you must also stay way from drugs and anything harmful to your body. Your body is like a temple take good care of it and maintain it healthy.

  50. Theres many ways to stay active and healthy, also to be happy and spiritual. Dancing is a way to stay active, it burns a lot of calories and works out your hips, legs, and arms. Being spiritual isn't so hard, you can pray every night, go to church on sundays, attend god praising events, and live by what you think the lord would accept from you. Always choose the right and you will be happy, try and live by the lords word, and i promise you that you will be happy joyful and can't wait to go out more. I attended an event known as Jesus culture, I went and had a wonderful experience, something i've never felt before but i enjoyed every minute of it and i was joyful and happy the whole time there. I came home and had continued with the same mood of enthusiasm. I play sports, maybe not on the team but i play with friends, I play street soccer out in the street or park, I go to the church and play basketball, I go to the park to play baseball also maybe tennis sometimes. I like to try out new sports because i don't lose anything from it. Instead i gain knowledge and a healthier body from it. I stay active, It helps my reflex's, helps me stay healthy and get in shape or stay in shape. Taking trips is always a good thing to do to relax and exercise the body from stress and lack of exercise. Even just having a clean room with a few plants and such things that release good energy actually helps you relax more. If your room or house is a mess, you will stress out more.
    Choosing the right helps your peace of mind, happiness, health, and get closer to your own god.

Smoking and drinking can really affect your body so you should NOT do that at all and that way you can live a healthy life :) Many people don't like eating fruit and vegetables, but they are VERY important for your body.
