If a lie is said you will be unhappy until the truth is told. Once a lie is said it causes other lies to be told and it will become a chain. After telling one lie you have to tell another one to cover for the first one and then so on and so on. Many people say that a lie is better than the truth, but at the end a lie hurts more than the truth itself. If you really care about someone tell them the truth from the beginning a lie will hurt you and the one you love.

Honesty brings freedom to ones soul, If you live your life with lies you might as well be trap in a cage because you are not free at all. Lies only bring sorrow and unhappiness, and that unhappiness can be transfered to others. Don't be that bird that sits there in its cage and watches others be happy, be the bird that can fly where ever it wants to go (FREE AND HAPPY). Be independent when you know your living a lie don't drag others with you.

We sometimes tend to tell little white lies. Little white lies that grow and grow till it gets out of hand. The truth may hurt at sometimes, but a lie, a lie will always hurt even more. No one wants to live a lie, it's best to confront things how they are no matter how difficult it can be. No one said life was going to be easy we all have our ups and downs but that doesn't mean we have to make it harder =). "CTR" is tell being honest and telling the truth no matter how hard it can be... =)

I am really fond of these "qoutes" because of the admirable traits it describes. You can be made a leader, but if you don't have any of these traits or you choose the wrong you are leading others down the drain. If you are a good person and you are a leader, then by example you can help others be good leaders. Better leaders than yourself. You will have created a long chain of leaders that choose the right. Also remember that always say the truth no matter if it hurts or not. Living by a lie is like not living at all. A lie is like a trap in your own body, you can't get out of it unless you tell the truth!:)

happiness truly comes when being honest. you can only choose weither to be sad or happy by the decissions you make each day. if you tell a lie that lie will always be a burden to you and you wont be free until you tell the truth and sometimes it could be late so always tell the truth under any situation. do whats right any you will always be happy and free.

the quote has truth in it, because you can't be free living a lie. If you live a lie then you are constantly thinking about it. living ONE lie leads to telling, and living more lies. If you always tell the truth then you can live worry free and be happy and not be dwelling over the lie you live.

i got to say this quote is right. if you always tell a lie you will never get anywhere in life by lying. why lie about something you know its always better to tell the truth no matter what the thing might be. once you tell the truth yo will feel good about it. you will feel like one of the pictures says totally free because you did what was right and you got it off your chest.

Well in this case i agree, but Women can't be free when they live a lie as well. LIving a lie tears a women's heart and a mans as well. For example many relationships live "happy" but at the end it may become a totally love lie, thats when pain and sadness comes in. When you are sad and really unhappy, you become trapped in a cage of pain, but sometimes you have to seek the truth to seek happiness. Don't let all lies get you sad, learn to accept the truth and live happy, you just need to move on. Forgive and forget a bit. Choose the Right Always.!

a agree in order to live free we need to live a happy life without lie. sometimes lies cage us and we don't know how to get out the best solution for that, is to not tell lies. we know what we need to do to be free in,life... ReplyDeleteI do agree, living a life full of life does make someone and some people unhappy because your just hurting yourself and one another. But if you choose to be truthful, honest to yourself and other people you can be free and live your life pretty happy. You need to be honest and not live a world of lies, that could make people feel depressed and in the end you could get caught and everything will change for you. People not may like you, and i don't think anyone wants to live a world alone. By choosing the right you could be happy. It's better to have FREEDOM then not have nothing at all. So always be truthful, and CTR.

I agree with Marvin J. Ashton quote, when your living a lie your not exactly free because you have to live within that lie, its like living as someone else. i hate to disagree but i think that sometimes living a lie, doesn't really make someone sad and unhappy. there are some people that choose the wrong and have no problem with living with a lie. there is some other people that do suffer from living a lie though.

This reminds me of the movie, The Matrix. They were all trapped living a lie they weren't aware of. At some point a man asks him if he wants to see the truth, and he says yes. That's when he wakes up and starts living. It is hard to live with a lie, the lie controls what you say and what you do or who you tell. Thats why only the truth can set you free.

Being free is everything. If you choose the right you will be free obviously. You have to tell the truth to be free. You may be able to get away with lying but it stays with you forever. For people that lie, they are always going to be unhappy with their lives because they didnt choose to tell the truth. Telling the truth will set you free and lead you to a better life at all times. Living a lie is a very bad thing. If you live a lie the rest of your life you will be very miserable. The only way to break free out of that misery is to say the truth and start living by the truth. I really like todays post it is completely true. You will never be happy if you live in lies. But if you live with the truth you will always be free and happy, your mind will be in a peaceful state. The only way to find true freedom is by living ctr. When you lie you have to be careful with what you say, which constricts your freedom. But if you choose the right and don't lie you could be free to say anything, you can talk without being afraid about being caught lying.

Lying to yourself about emotions is really bad for you. Don't pretend to be happy if you're not. Express your feelings in a mature way and its okay to cry. Just like it's okay to be happy. Speaking the truth about yourself and how you feel will let out the truth. And don' think people wont notice, because they see everything especially those little lies. These quotes remind me of the substitute that I had for my 4th period yesterday. He was telling the students and myself about how he had gotten a tattoo of an ex girlfriends name (spelled in a different language or a symbol) He then later met a girl, who is now his wife, and he told her that it meant something else. He has been married to her for over 20 years and hasn't told her and doesn't plan on telling her. He feels guilty but it's something that he is going to take to his grave. If he would have only told her in the beginning, he wouldn't be holding this guilt..
